Duration / Training Period: One year (extendable by six months in case of unsatisfactory performance). On satisfactory performance (to be assessed by Selection board) absorption will be done in E-1 Grade in the pay scale 16400- 40500 (IDA Pattern).
Stipend: Consolidated amount of Rs. 15,000/-pm. In addition bachelor accommodation (or HRA), medical facility for self only.
Contractual Obligation : Minimum 3 years regular service, after successful completion of training period; failing which an amount equivalent to twelve month
stipend to be recoverable. Those appointed as trainees will be required to execute and furnish bonds, undertaking to complete the training course and thereafter to serve the company for a minimum period as laid down in the Bond.
