GENERAL MANAGERS (TECHNICAL) – 2 Posts
Qualifications: The candidates should be a First Class Engineering Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics / Naval Architecture/Industrial Engineering. Those having MBA will be preferred.
Experience : Should have at least of 20 years post qualification experience with not less than 6 years at senior managerial position. Candidates from Govt./PSUs should have minimum 3 years experience in the scale of pay one level below that of the post applied.
GENERAL MANAGER (PERSONNEL & ADMIN) - 1 Post
Qualifications: The candidate should be a first class Graduate in any discipline with Post Graduate Degree or Diploma course of two years duration in HRM or MBA with specialization in HR. A Degree in Law will be an added qualification.
Experience: (a) Should have held independent charge of Personnel Management and Industrial relations functions in a large PSU/ Industrial Undertaking/ Shipyard. Experience in a Shipyard/Dockyard for at least three years and working knowledge of Telugu will be preferred.
(b) Should have at least of 20 years post qualification experience with not less than 6 years at senior managerial position. Candidates from Govt./PSUs should have minimum 3 years experience in the scale of pay one level below that of the post applied.
Scale of Pay:Total emoluments at the minimum will be Rs.81,033/- In the GM pay scale of Rs.43,200 – 66,000.
DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGERS (TECHNICAL) –2 Posts
Qualifications: A First class Graduate in Mechanical/Marine Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Naval Architecture.
Experience: (a) Should have at least 16 years post qualification experience with not less than 3 years in the immediate lower grade. Candidates from Govt./PSUs should have minimum 3 years experience in the scale of pay one level below that of the post applied.
DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (SUBMARINE - TECHNICAL) - 1 Post
Qualifications: A First class Engineering Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical/ Electronics with experience in operation and maintenance of Submarine equipment.
Experience: Should have at least 16 years post qualification experience with not less than 3 years in the immediate lower grade. Candidates from Govt./PSUs should have minimum 3 years experience in the scale of pay one level below that of the post applied.
DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (FINANCE) – 1 Post
Qualifications: Should be an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants / Cost Accountants or from Class-I Central Services like IA&IS, IRS, IDAS etc.,
Experience: Should have at least 16 years post qualification experience with not less than 3 years in the immediate lower grade. Candidates from Govt./PSUs should have minimum 3 years experience in the scale of pay one level below that of the post applied.
Age : Below 48 years. Age will be relaxed for reserved categories as per Rules.
Emoluments: Total emoluments at the minimum will be Rs.69,054/- In the DGM pay scale of Rs.36,600-62,000.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO C&MD AT DY.MANAGER(E3) / MANAGER (E4) - 1 Post
Qualifications: Candidate should be a first class Graduate in Mechanical/ Electrical/Naval Architecture and possessing MBA degree will be given preference.
Experience: Should have 10 to 12 years post qualification experience out of which 4 years in the immediate lower grade for Manager and 07 to 09 Years post qualification experience out of which 03 years in the immediate lower grade for Deputy Manager in Shipyard/ Large Industrial Organization, preferably with knowledge of Public Sector Operations & functions
Age: Below 45 years for Manager cadre and 40 years for Deputy Manager cadre.
Emoluments: Total emoluments at the minimum of the pay scales of Dy. Manager / Manager are as under;
(a) Dy. Manager (E3) - Rs.24,900-50,500 ; Total at Min. – Rs.46,944/-
(b) Manager (E4) - Rs.29,100-54,500; Total at Min. – Rs.55,267/-
HONORARY MEDICAL OFFICERS – 5 Posts (On Contract basis)
Qualification: Candidates should have MBBS Degree and MCI certification and having 2 or more years of experience. Retired Doctors may also apply. Consolidated Honorarium of Rs.21,000/- per month.
